Sengun only looks really bad against us because of Victor who negates almost everything he does offensively. Against other teams they run a lot of their offense through him. It's a reason he got a 5 year extension and Green got the trade him as soon as you can deal.

Sengun feasted on Wemby and Zollins last season.

Don't forget Houston was on the 2nd night on a b2b tonight.

Not sure if anyone noticed. During the very last timeout, Pop was nowhere near the huddle talking to the 5 players on court. It was Mitch Johnson squatting down facing the 5 guys and explaining the plan to them

Masterful coaching by Ime btw. Sengun was being a net negative and couldn't space the floor so he took him out and put Jock in. This is what caused Jalen Green to be able to get downhill so easily because Wemby couldn't sit in the paint to deter.
We'll have to look for the counter punch next rockets game.

He has attempted three 3’s in 2 games. The spacing is less needed with improved shooting in the lineup. Paul is a threat to shoot. Champagnie shooting better than last year, and Barnes is a good shooter as well. Last year it was Tre and a worse version of Champagnie so spacing was worse and sochans lack of shooting was magnified

While at least your coached pulled Weigman after the half and not pulling another ND game leaving him for him to choke away a game. I also don't understand A&M the fans trying to defend Weigman for sucking arse as a QB; like they don't get sometimes 5 stars recruits suck.

Yeah that’s also my point. There’s room for one non shooter in any line-up. People yap all day long about how every player on the roster needs to shoot tbh.

4th quarter sucked but loved the energy and decisions for most part tonight. TO still a problem collectively but a few tonight seemed due to no whistle vs flat out bad decisions.

Sochan is off to a great start this season. Focus and attention to detail and rebounding from him was awesome. Castle getting crunch time minutes was great too especially in a win. Wemby massive bounce back game.

CP is washed man- I didn’t like it from the jump but I understood it was no risk. But he looks beyond washed IMO.

But get Vassell back and we are in business overall.
