they need to be 100% next game to get back to their season avgs.
Missed FT's, at least when it comes to the Spurs are contagious. I mean, this is the first time I recal MANU missing so manu FT's....especially in the clutch!! We weren't going to win this one. Did anyone think Spurs would win every single game in the playoffs? Still, I expect Tim to be pissed for missing that last shot. Next game he'll be big!
they need to be 100% next game to get back to their season avgs.
Are you seriouse? How about make a FT for starters.
James Giving The Spurs No Respect Huh!
After we shot FTs great the last 3-4 games?
The Spurs were really tired tonight, no one had any energy.
Can't go to sleep now, !
LOL James is gonna get whats commin to him!!!
Pop better use that quote!!!!
Enjoy it while you can Sea. We played like crap and still were in it at the end.
No worries here. We wont lay many eggs like that.
I think we lose game 4, seattle has momentum now.
what the crap were they tired from exactly??
though you were criticizing Pop's offense. The scheme wasn't the problem, it was the execution from the line.
No excuses! They lost a game they had in their hands from the getgo. They were up 10-pts. No excuses!
Positive Note:
Phoenix is playing atleast 5 games also
No worries, Jerome James just gave us the edge back for game 4.
The Spurs are going to come out blazing in game 4, this game was losing because of missed ft's
How bout offensive execution in general? I'm sure Duncan hitting sideboard with 2 mins to go wasn't in the play.
SaSpurs21 just let us vent. Funny how i don't take much heart that we were in it to the end, we should have won this one.
What scheme? We played jungle ball from about 4 minutes into the second quarter all the way through the end of the game. The scheme wasn't the problem
Were you watching the game? It was one man iso the entire second half. It was street ball and even though it wasnt working and our offense totally went stagnent he stuck with it. Yeah FT's eventually cost us this game but there was a complete lack of execution on offense in the 4th. Why are you arguing with me? This is nothing new for the Spurs.
Miss 15 FTs, lose by one point.
Tony disappeared again in crunch time.
the next game will be twice as hard, they probably think they have our number now.
ing free throws.
We lost some momentum but I think Jerome James' "no respect" comment just gave it right back to us. Spurs will destroy the Sonics on Saturday. Book it.
Fans reacting differently than you after a loss does not in any way make them bandwagon fans. Noone here is syaing "I am not going to be a Spurs fan any more because they lost." I think the term you are half assedly trying to use to accuse is "fickle" fans.
It's not really Tony's job to be the man in crunch time. He had a good game otherwise
whatever you call it if we our ft's we score 30 points in the 4th. That's more than enough to win.
Without a doubt I dont think anyone can argue when we win the championship this yuear. We have the hardest road of any team and one of the hardest roads in a long time. At least at the end of it all this season there will be no excuses.
