Actually creating some sort of complex backroom plan that actually works as intended, No. Very improbable. If one attempts to portray him as evil in a cunningly estute manner, good luck. If one attempts to make him a brilliant tactician, No. He is experimenting, bumbling, and fumbling. Hopefully some learning takes place while he plays with his new toys.
Well, what does one say about a man who is capable of bumbling and fumbling his way to the Presidency of the US? I attribute it to good instincts and common sense (offset by his huge ego). And obviously, he's got some kind of presence (personality) - it seems that most who go talk to him comes away optimistic.
