    The Empire did. Vader was a part of that. Giving all that credit to Vader is ludicrious, furthermore Vader and Tarkin were terrorizing a part of the galaxy, the outer rim, not the whole galaxy. If anybody gets the credit for terrorizing the whole galaxy it's the Emperor.

    Easily the Joker, but with everyone's incessant love affair with Vader I'm actually kind of surprised the poll is this close.

    This Joker vs Vader debate is eerily similar to the Kefka vs Sephiroth one....haha.....but that is an entirely different matter all together.

    Kefka > Sephiroth. I tried to make this argument at the last anime con I went to. didn't get past the Kefka > Sephiroth part. ing fanboys.
