One path of logic says...if you pick Freddy, you have to pick Jason, cuz he technically beat Freddy in Freddy vs Jason. But if you pick Jason, you have to pick Carrie, since her analogue beat Jason in Friday the 13th part 7.
Also, it depends on which "Dracula" you are talking about.
Vlad the Impaler? Bela Legusi's Dracula? It's almost irrelevant, since in almost every movie mythology, Frankenstein beats Dracula.
Pumpkin head through the guy from "Saw" are all busters. No chance. (Plus Aliens are mortal, depend on strength in numbers)
The puppets from puppet master have staying power against such compe ion, but would not win against opponents of humanoid size. They beat demons in Puppet Master 4 and demons again in Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys. So surely they'd have somewhat of an edge over fellow lilliputian ion Chucky, who never faced such compe ion, as well as anything demonic, whom they may be well suited to combat. They edge Pinhead, in that sense.
Pinhead is the real deal though.
That leaves us with Carrie, Frankenstein, Puppets, and possibly Pinhead because of his brutal demonic nature.
Frankenstein is so stupid, I never get how he even beats Dracula while being so slow and dumb, so I will eliminate him.
The puppets are puppets, Carrie could keep them at bay without sustaining any damage and Pinhead could banish them to .
So Carrie vs Pinhead.
I'd go with Carrie, because I carry a soft spot for telekinetic humans.
