FYI, jordan was my favorite player...
and i like the spurs.
There we go, fixed....but I know what you were getting at Timvp. Nice to know though that our team is on the minds of some many Laker followers. Some are just fascinated with the relationship between the 2 teams and come out of respect (non-trolls), others feel the need to compensate for their own shortcomings and paranoi by trying to create mayhem and mutiny on the board (trolls). Oh well, just another chapter in the longstanding rivalry.

Props to you...many latched on to whomever they thought could fill Jordan's shoes. I always hated the idea of "Bull's fans" because many (outside of the Chicago area) disbanded once Michael retired. I never was a big Jordan fan myself for personal reasons, plus I just always liked rooting for the underdog (i.e. whoever matched up against the Bulls).
Who ever created this topic must be new to the www. whats your next topic, "hey have any of you been to rotten .com?"

well, i liked jordan cause i had "small" ties to him.
my aunt was the choreographer of the luvabulls, so she hooked me up with a picture of him during the '92 finals against clyde; granted, i was only two years old..but still...:STFU!
and my entire family is from the chicago area, so it was easy rooting for him for as long as i can remember.
but once he left, and duncan came..

i wouldn't say im a bandwagon fan, but i just happened to cheer for two great teams at the right time.
Just make sure you STICK with the Spurs this time around, even after Timmy retires, LOL. Cool story.

Even though im new here, this is kinda strange for a forum. How come someone like spork killer isnt banned yet? When he has such an insult "F*ck the spurs" in his signature??? This spurs forum should not tolerate that. Rivalry is a good thing, it keeps excitement in the sport, but such insults are highly inapropriate, especially since this is a spurs forum.
Also ive seen for every stupid little thing, a new thread is opened. the whole board is getting messy.
The trolls make this site more entertaining and lively. Ban them and ST becomes real boring. My 2 cents.
SpursTalk is a great place to hang out simply because it is the most "democratic" forum you can find on the internet. While the trolls can be irritating, they are also entertaining, if only as our punching bags...

Oh, and I agree with wijayas. In my opinion every decent forum must have a nice little set of resident trolls.

i think spork killer is the only welcome troller because he's actually a rockets fan and he's really entertaining because he has something to yap about even when the suns can't beat the spurs
