Actually, a lot of people get freaked by a camera. That is my latest defense/offense against street corner bums...I carry a camera in my truck all the time and when they start towards me I roll my window down and whip out the camera...

Does that mean I can sue anyone who posts or prints or shows any photograph or video where I or my family or house or car is clearly visible? Will ESPN need consent from every fan in every picture of a sporting event? Actually I think that may already be taken care of in the small print of your ticket but I'm not sure.
I understand why B2B gets nervous or doesn't like it and I'm not crazy about giving up my rights either.
