If he actually comes back and dedicates himself to the team, I think we will better than in last years playoffs. I do understand that is a big if.
So no second round for Houston this season?

From reading your post, you must be the sorriest rocket fan ever. go ahead put on that kobe jersey and hop on the wagon, you know you want to.
Oh God,just what we need another T-Mac "guarantee".
I'll be rooting for him tough.
What are you talking about? Who else should we have taken, Amare?
It's amazing to see the Rockets go from such a promising 2009 playoffs to likely missing the playoffs in 2010. I guess that's what happens when your best 3 players are either insane or made of glass.
How long before he gets hurt again? 2 maybe 3 months?
The only reason I believe he will return to superstar status is because he has been shamed with the no 2nd round monkey on his back (last yr does not count, not active), having injuries that cause him to look washed up. Now, after the recent surgeries and rehab and the contract year--I expect big things from him from the all star game forward. Unfortunately, as is the Tmac misfortune, the talent around him may be good, but just not quite good enough to win when it counts and get out of the first round. Of course, there is a chance that they miss the first round entirely. I think if he goes to a contending team, he can help them win a ring.
Yao, welll he has a lot to prove as well and I give a full season and postseason run at full health after recovery at 50-50. I believe he will recover 100%, but I believe he will up another part of his lower extremities.
Suns fans have NO ROOM to talk about anybody ever!!!
True true, I am a fake rockets fan that has been posting under a rockets iden y backing them for thousands of posts because I am simply a Kobe fan.
Wtf is wrong with you nutjobs? You are seriously ing agitating me, go root for the ing chinese national team or some .
The rockets are not just YAO. Some of us have been rooting for this team FAR longer than YOU bandwagoners that seem content with an injury prone star that has achieved one playoff series victory in his entire tenure, which seems to be over.
Is this really what the fanbase has turned into? Worshipping a player because he got you to the 2nd round and then just got injured?
Please, do me a favor and go shove a pile of s up your ass before ever trying to relate with how superficial you really are.
It is hard to believe i nmcgrady but he is better than 7'6" pieces of ****
more like
my dinner plate > glass > tmac > yao
T0Mac above Yao? Please. At least Yao was on his teams bench rooting for the Rockets once he went down in game 3. T-Mac was out there calling the Lakers the favorites.
I don't worship yao, I root for him because he wear a rocket jersey. Same goes for brook, tmac, carl, etc. etc. Unlike you I'll root for them, even if they become, the sorriest team in the leauge, that's Just me being a real rocket fan, never gonna get any negativity out of me. Bandwagoner? is there any reason for the rockets to have a bandwagon? FYI, I don't like , I like vajayajay. Dude, if you wanna hop on that purple and pisst bandwagon, it's cool, they have tons of room. When the laker play us at home, proudly put on that kobe jersey, scream MVP, and enjoy a cold cup of diarrhea.
I doubt you would have appeared as a Rocket fan here today if the 7'6 **** had been drafted by some other team in 02. Had the 7'6 got drafted by Lakers in 02, your would also have worn the decayed-grape purple diaper, so would many other idiots in millions.
Sook just dislikes some guy that will get 15 million green papers from his team next season without playing even one ing game. T-Mac is also overpaid and has never lived up to the expectations, but we can at least see his fat ass in a couple games every season. Besides, T-Mac hasn't drawn so many idiotic fans to harm the reputation of the real Rockets fans who have been in the base since before Houston drafted that ****.
WRONG! I hate lakers with a passion, If yao was kobe sidekick, then him.
Isnt this the dude who talked about how great it was moving on the next round of the playoffs when the Magic were up 3-1 over the Pistons?
the hate on tmac is amazing. Injuries can destroy even the most talented, and god damn tmac was a of a player when healthy. Unfortunately now he is a mle if healthy, or a vet min if he does not.
I think he is just unlucky to not get out of the second round as he played well in the playoffs (for stat lovers: another post proves it by stat comparison).
I hope he understands he can never be the guy 5 years ago and changes his game to better protect himself, he still can play decent d, pass, has awesome range, length and height. Less penetration more perimeter should be the key in his game.
I am sorry for the rockets, both tmac and yao are both great players and decent people compared to what we have in the nba. And @people saying yao is bad or something, he is not suited for the nba, or should be played maximum 2 times per week. We all saw at the olympics what he can do when healthy. Yao is really a unique talent. I understand the rockets' fans frustration but to call tmac and yao out for their injuries is unfair. It's bad luck and that's that.
Not a fan, but I do hope he makes it out of the first round some day as an active player.
He certainly deserves it.
