That show stopped being funny to me after season 2.
How has LOST jumped the shark?
That show stopped being funny to me after season 2.
Aaaaay.......we got a winner!!![]()
Lost.
It jumped the shark for a while there. Now they have taken it to the farthest end of the sci-fi spectrum by making it a demigod god v. devil plot.
The great thing about Early Lost was not knowing wtf was going on and the directors promising the entire story could be explained through some-what plausible cir stances.
It's still an extremely interesting show though.
Family Guy jumped the shark in it's first episode.![]()
i'm not feeling the Seinfeld reruns as much as i used to...
I think they said that Seinfeld was one of the shows that had never jumped the shark
Jumping the shark is not when you stop liking it, it's when they do something in the show's original run that makes it unwatchable. Like once Fonzi jumped the shark on skis it ruined the rest of Happy Days. That's the definition of it, not when you are tired of watching reruns.
The reason I don't think it's jumped the shark is because it was already mysterious/ridiculous from season 1, beginning with polar bears and a smoke monster appearing. But, they've done a pretty good job explaining things - why the plane crashed, why there are polar bears and "hatches" on the island, why there are natives etc.
You can't jump the shark on a rerun, but I get what you are saying a bit, but eleven years later ain't bad, especially if you are like me and watch it all the time.
Nah, it's still greatness...
's Kitchen - The arguments and chef's mistakes are seeming more and more staged now. Gordon also is ing just to alot of times.
Did anyone watch arrested development? There's a scene where Henry Winkler jumps over a dead shark, i thought it was ing hilarious
I still watch them when I know there are some classic moments.
Sad, but I remember watching that Happy Days episode when Fonzie jumped the shark and Ritchie saying, "Fonzie, if you get your legs bitten off don't come running to me!" and I cracked up.![]()
Pretty much every show that involves sexual tension between the main female and male character jumps the shark when they finally get together.
Any show containing the words "Law and Order".
your mother.
CSI Vegas Jumped the Shark when Grissom left. Now that show is unwatchable
i'll still watch svu. love me some hargitay! (longer hair version)
Yea, that show jumped too., actually it jumped when they came out with the Miami & NY version.![]()
I actually like the NYC version for some reason. It's more graphic I guess
And don't get me started on David Caruso - no talent assclown
He's the stiffest actor I've ever seen.
Sopranos, the wire, madmen
