I dont like Memphis in the playoffs. We already lost 2 games and we have 2 left, lets see what happens.

If I remember correctly, Memphis swept us (or almost did) in the regular season, but we swept them in playoffs. We beat Memphis in 3 or 4.

This will keep Memphis in the 8 spot, move Denver closer to Sacto's 5th spot, and keep Houston ahead of Memphis, so Phoenix does not luck out and get Houston in Rd 1.
