    Okay, Phoenix still has to play Sac twice and Denver. I can see them losing at least one of these games down the stretch. If the Spurs go perfect for the remaining 5 games, which I'm confident they can, it's possible. What do you all think?

    You would rather play Denver/Houston than Memphis? Sacramento is gonna hold on to the 5 seed...

    Houston or Sacto will be 7th seed, I will bet you on that.

    Also, I want to make Dallas and Phoenix kill each other in rd 2.

    Resistance is futile. Spurs will close out 5-0 and will own top seed.

    I think Memphis will stay 8th seed, Nuggets will move up to 6th, and Rockets will drop to 7th.

    It's not only very possible that Spurs get the Number 1 Seed, I say it's likely.

    Suns have 6 more games to play, Spurs have 5. That's one more for Suns to Lose!

    Suns will beat the Lakers tonight and the Hornets tomorrow. But then they face the Clippers, Nuggets, and Kings TWICE. Odds are they'll lose one or two of those at least, and I can't see the Spurs losing more than that, especially with Tim due back for the last 3.

    We just need to lose one less than the Suns.

    I believe!

    my projected seedings...

    1 and 2 Spurs or Phoenix. Spurs have to sweep the rest of the season and Phoenix has to lose 1 game for Spurs to get 1 seed. Thats a lot to ask of this banged up team. Phoenix most likely holds on to the 1.

    3 seed is Seattle

    4 seed is Dallas

    5 seed is Sacramento

    6/7 is Denver and Houston. I think Denver will be 6 and Houston 7

    8 seed is Memphis.

    That makes first round seedings

    1/8 Phoenix vs. Memphis
    2/7 Spurs vs. Houston
    3/6 Seattle vs. Denver
    4/5 Dallas vs. Sacramento

    No. We don't have to sweep, we just need to lose one less than the Suns.

    Do you think the Suns can't lose two or more of those games?

    My prediction:

    1. Spurs vs 8. Grizzlies
    2. Suns vs 7. Rockets
    3. Sonics vs 6. Nuggets
    4. Mavs vs 5. Kings

    Suns are in a bit of a slump, so the Spurs catching up has a good chance, but it shouldn't even be probable with TD and Rasho out and the Suns with no excuses.

    Sorry...I thought it was obvious that a sweep was not necessary but we had to lose one less than the Suns...here is their remaining schedule...

    @Lakers
    New Orleans
    Clippers
    Sacramento
    Denver
    @Sacramento

    They should easily win the next 4 games...then they have Denver, but at their house...then at Sacramento the last game of the Season...they should go no worse than 5-1 the rest of the season...

    Youth and inexperience is what will make the #1 seed tough for Phoenix. The Spurs been in the same situation before and it puts a lot of pressure on a team. Inexperienced coaches and players make the playoffs a whole different story for a team. The Spurs are here year in and year out and can handle this tupe of pressure. I'm waiting to see how long the Suns last before someone vents to the media. It's just a matter of time.

    And here's the Spurs schedule:

    @Utah
    Memphis
    @Memphis
    @Minnesota

    I think the Suns have the tougher schedule, don't you? And with one more game to play than us, odds are they will lose one more. Especially with TD coming back.

    For the record, I see the Suns losing to Denver and one to Sacramento at least. Hopefully they lose to the Clippers, too!

    A lot depends on The 2 games between Sac and Phoenix.
    If Sac wins the 2 of them, then probably we will be first seed and face Memphis then Dallas.
    If Phoenix wins both, we will be second seed and we might face Houston (they have 2 games against Seattle, one against Denver and another against Memphis), but I bet that we face Sac or Seattle in the semi-finals.
    If they split then I think we will in be the first scenario (I don't see the Spurs losing any game left).
