Pessimistic View: Spurs Miss the Playoff

The Spurs missing the playoffs could happen, though I'd give it a pretty small probability with the way this team have proved for years it gets stronger as the season closes. I know last season doesn't exactly back this up, but with no Manu and with Tim being pretty injured then, I don't think we can discredit the trend. Under no cir stance would they ever finish the season with less than 40 wins though.

The stretch from March 21st through April 4th is disturbing.

The way we are playing right now we will lose most of those games A better Spurs team has a shot, but they have ALOT of work to do to get there.

The big 3 + Pop will not allow the Spurs to miss the playoffs.

Like Harlem said 1 and 2 seed is out of the question. 3-5 is where the Spurs should be. It's possible for the Spurs to have the 4th best record in the NBA if they really go on a huge winning streak this last half. But it's an if. and it's what I'm hoping for at least.
