manu is a warrior!
He plays like that because he wants to win! He's obsessed with winning, and i think any team would like to have a player with that at ude. I'm glad he's with the spurs.
manu is a warrior!
There are other questions too.
Why Emanuel was playing before the injury of Tony in that way?
If Emanuel is in his year contract and Greg being the Coach and the President of the Spurs.
Pop will not have been doing it this way because if Manu plays in this shape, the Spurs must to Pay at the end of the season?
Both sides know that this is the final year of Manu´s contract, not Only Manu
Pop asked Manu. Don´t score and pass the ball.
With Manu´s scoring numbers down, other teams would not pay much
its simple, his getting all the touches
The first option is the reason why he's not going to be playing for the NT this summer.
just click on the number of voters on the poll and you get the detail of the poster that voted there
I don't see his playing for the NT this year either. The Beijing experience, I think, was pretty traumatic for Manu. I don't see him running that risk again. I think there is a better chance of him playing in London in 2012, if he is still hungry for glory with Argentina, than him playing in Turkey.
nice sumup
He's already an accomplished Olympian... he needs a WC on his resume... Many will say goodbye to NT in Turkey![]()
I hear you . . . but it is not enough to convince me he will play this winter (summer).
Of course this is my opinion and with Manu you never know. Obviously contract negotiations and how they go will play a big part in his decission making process.
the ultimate answer:
he doesn't like to lose
He's Manu Ginobili !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1-Confidence
2-Health
3-More minutes
He is who he is! I really hope we can resign him. It just wont feel like the spurs without him.
This was never meant to be a scoff ginobili thread
These are really the only two options to choose and its a serious thread.
1) people asking who voted what are dorks, CBF is the ultimate public poller, in fact, all polls should be public IMO, just click the damn link
2) people talking about manu's health and warrior spirit and fiery compe ive nature should choose number 2. Because what that means is Manu is able to do the damn thing, and is shining in our darkest hour. Option 2. It's quite simple.
I created this thread because I feel due to Manu's controversial (for a spurs player) comments in da medjia there has to be at least some miniscule shred of doubt about his primary motivation for playing so damn well.
I am a pessimistic sports fan by nature, and would love to think yay he's finally healthy and giving us what we need when we need it. At the same time I can't help but fear that he's giving it every little bit of his effort because he also knows his future is in question and he wants to impress the whole league out there so he can ensure himself a good contract. (Contract year syndrome)
Who the are you people?
I'm sure last night's game answers this question: Easy 20 pts win and Manu goes 3 from 6 for 6 pts. he didn't need do much so he didn't. He didn't go "stat-padding" mode to try to get a good contract.
