Mahinmi is unfortunately in a bad place, he's got the physical tools, is young and can't go D league or college and euroland won't help the spurs.
On Bonner+ 3 mill isn't bad for a 20 minute per game regular season floor spreading big, he should only play 10 per in the play-offs unless against the right match up though. He's not really over paid he really is just a hustle bigman with a 3 point gimmick at powerforward.
Blair he will be better and continue to progress but he's not fast enough to guard perimeter big men a some players can just shoot fade-aways over him. He's a talented big-man who will have a sometimes starting role in the NBA for years to come but not a premier player. He's the kind of guy that almost every team wants for their third big.
Bigfan why are you so down on Temple? He's shown he can play in the NBA at either Point or shooting guard, and at 6'6" makes match-up problems for a lot of point guards especially with him and manu playing both guard spots......
I really think signing him for 3 years with a player option for the 4th at 300K 400K 500K 750K and a team option for a 4th is a great front office move. I don't know if he'll ever grow to be an everyday starter but he is definitely capable of being a good rotation guard and can currently be had very cheaply. Why not lock him up?
