I believe that bad Heather Locklear picture was the day after she got cheek implants and the swelling hadn't gone down, etc. It's not like she just looks like that without makeup.

celebs can't look hot alllll the time. They regular people like everyone..bad mornings,bad hair days,bad skin days,looks like i haven't worked out in ages days.
