She looks plenty fine there too, if someone is naturally hot like Alba she doesn't need makeup like the other ones you posted.

I don't think they are all real. i'll bet some were retouched bad as well as the normal retouching for good photo's.
That said, most women to have to "put on their face."
I have never been one to like the fakeness in most women. the only women I have been exceptionally attracted to still looked great in a hot tub, pool, in the morning, etc.
Some of these still need help, but makeup does allot for a woman's looks.

I think some of these before and after pictures have to do with the fact that some of these women are getting old. They're showing pictures of them in their prime and then showing pictures of what they look like now. Darryl Hannah, Pam Anderson, and Heather Locklear should be pushing damn near 50 by now since I was 8-12 years old when they were in their prime back in the 80's lol.

Sorry if those are a bit large. Two of them are 1024 x 768 screen backgrounds. Not so big on my 1920 x 1200 monitor.
I think these are after and before pictures, not the other way around.
I never would have guess that women would look different without makeup on.
well--of course the professional shots are retouched.
Heather Locklear has had some plastic surgery and I think her 'before' picture was right after it. It just goes to show you that PS doesn't always make you look better. Perfect example is Priscilla Presley--beautiful woman and now she looks like a freak.
She looks like Jennifer Garner in that picture.
I just saw her a couple of days ago and i was shocked. She looks like she'swearing a mask!
I know! When she first had it done, I saw her on a talk show with Lisa Marie and it was just so obvious. Sooner or later, they all end up looking like The Joker!
Most celebs & movie stars have too much surgery, makeup, & photoshop done to them. Without all that done you probably wouldn't notice them in a crowd. I'm usually not into women who wear a ton of makeup, but on some of them its almost necessary... they look really bad otherwise :0
The Heather Locklear photo does not look right…In her recent arrest photo she still looked pretty hot…
