What a waste of a thread..
Gasol is in his prime foo! while the Jamison is passed that . See the difference mane??
Um, that Lebron has trophies? LOL, man, you're such a bad poster..

Nash = 2x MVP...with trophies! (0 Rings)
LeHype = 2x MVP...with trophies! (0 Rings)
And before Pau came to LA, he was not considered a top 10 PF. He was good, but not what he is now. There were many PFs that fans would have said were better than Pau...but they don't anymore.![]()
here ya go luva don't worry - 2011 trophy already in there...

Or maybe its that Kobe's Lakers are just that much more stacked compare to Gasol's Grizzlies.
It all depends on how it's couched, rat.
Shaq slowed down the offense and made the Cavaliers more of a plotting team. Jamison did almost nothing because the offense asked him to just take jumpshots. Take it up with Mike Brown.
Gasol was getting 20-10-2 as a starter in Memphis. He didn't have a team around him. His greatness was realized, the rest of the team wasn't around him.
Troll keep on trolling
And you keep on snitchin', fink.
I don't links. It's my religion. But, both you & Vulv ratted me out, and ya's know it.
Tattletales!
The biggest basketball story this year is that Lebron James is joining Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade in Miami... You know the saying: if you can't take the Heat, join them...
LeBron James is set to release his own line of headphones... The sound quality is amazing as it has no ring...
In Miami, LeBron should be able to do what he does best...drive the lane..unless, of course, he gets behind a senior with his turn signal on...
ok lets look at the 2010 squad which Lebron got the #1 winning record
Lebron's teamates:
Shaquille O'Neal - All Star, MVP, Finals MVP
Big Z - All Star
Antawn Jamison - All Star
Mo Williams - All Star
Kobe's teamates:
Gasol - All-Star
Ron Artest - All Star
BTW, did you think the Cavs were gonna get eliminated in the 2nd round before the playoffs started?
lol @ the excuses.....
Your first paragraph shows that Lebron couldnt even play with great players.
Your second paragraph shows that Kobe made players around him better.
Not bad for a guy that will be remembered as an underachieving 2nd fiddle.

Did "Each Day Offers Potential" seriously show a pic of that bronze medal like it was an accomplishment?
Losing to a backwater country like Greece is hard damn work.
Of course you don't, cause then you'd actually have to prove the nonsense you spill.
No, but I didn't expect the 67-win Mavericks to flame out in the first round or the 64-win Detroit Pistons to miss the NBA Finals. Sometimes teams are hotter than others and they simply lose.
Shaquille O'Neal -- 37-years-old.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas -- 34-years-old.
Antawn Jamison -- 33-years-old with multiple knee injuries.
O'Neal was washed up. The Suns tried to rely on him and didn't get very far with the same squad that made the Conference Finals last season. Antawn Jamison's best days are behind him.
Let me paint in hyperbole: If Joe Dumars and Isiah Thomas were pulled off the street and signed by the Pistons, would they have a better chance to win an NBA Championship than Chauncey Billups and Richard Hamilton because they won 2 Finals MVPs and 2 Championships between them? You have to consider where these players were in their careers.
At this point, I would take Lamar Odom over any of the players you mentioned.
Mo Williams wasn't an All-Star before he played with Lebron. Doesn't that defeat the theory that he doesn't make teammates better?

Give him six more years. You are comparing a 26-year-old to a 32-year-old with 198 playoff games under his belt. One of those is assumed and it's a heavy assumption. The other five come with a caveat--he lost badly to both the Pistons in 2004, while shooting 33% in the 4 losses, and to the Boston Celtics in 2008, with a 35-point blowout in game six and they blew a lead in LA, let the Celtics take a 3-1 series lead. That's with playing for Phil Jackson and having Karl Malone, Gary Payton, Shaquille O'Neal or Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom as teammates.
