Man, that god sure does have a lot of Pride. I wonder if he goes to ?

There are several times in the Old Testament where God is referred to as a "jealous" God in some translations. Depending on how good the translation is, I'd say that's a pretty hypocritical God.

The way I was taught growing up (in between years of Methodist church and Sunday School, as well as Baptist Summer Camp ) I was taught that the only unforgivable sin was blasphemy. Everything else was forgivable if you truly repented. When I played Devil's Advocate and brought up "Can you sin on purpose with the intent to ask for forgiveness later?" the counselors at camp would get really mad - they never had an answer.
