Speaking of Spurs and Pistons; does the quadruple double game by Robinson vs. the Pistons in 1994 exist amongst the general public?

I can't help with your request, but it's kind of cool to recap prominent players who played for both team.

Vinnie didn't have the greatest of times as a Spur. When he left, he allegedly went back to Detroit and complained about how soft the Spurs were (probably correctly).

Then of course we have Dennis Rodman.

And Sean Elliott and Billy Curley. Less said about them, the better from your standpoint I suppose.

George Gervin never played for Detroit, but the link is undeniable.

    Anybody else?
Yes, here is as complete a list as I can remember, taken from a Detroit listing of players and then just remembering them as Spurs:

Cadillac Anderson, William Bedford, Jud Buechler, Johnny Dawkins, Sean Elliott, Sidney Green, David Greenwood, Vinnie Johnson, Edgar Helicopter Jones, Negele Knight, Mikki Moore (training camp), Isaiah Morris (cut post trade), Chuck Nevitt (training camp), Kurt Nimphius, Alvin Robertson, Dennis Rodman, David Wood, Larry Wright.

Lance Blanks played for the Pistons and now is a Spurs Scouting Dir.
Fennis Dembo played for the Pistons and was a San Antonio schoolboy phenom.

Here's the list I used to recall from:

I think Larry Wright did not play for the Spurs after all.

Vinnie Johnson sucked as a Spur.
I remember his 1st game as a Spur was a TNT game I think aganist the suns, on the jumbotron they ran a cartoon that said "microwave in use". He was cheered when he first came in, but in the late moments with the Spurs down by 2 he was fouled and went to the line. I think he missed either one or both of the ft's and after the second shot he was booed very loudly. I thought that was funny and wanted to see if anybody remembered that game.
