Absurd CNN coverage of Hurricane Irene

During the storm, my satellite tv was down so I could only catch NBC with a regular antenna, and it was pathetic. What's the point of having people standing in the middle of the storm tethered with rope and the wind blowing on the mic where you can't hear half of the they're talking about, while the cameraman is filming from inside some cozy building. smh

I understand the difference completely. i would have had a modi of respect had you claimed satire. Instead you are claiming figurative speech. The problem is that as I outlined the article in no way even tends towards a figurative interpretation beyond minion-serving bull .
