Duncan saved Robinson from a miserable career & legacy.
It happens.

I still don't get why dumb s like the guy above me think Stern wants the Spurs in the Finals with their boring superstar and historically low ratings
Tim Duncan didn't really lose in the 1st round in 2000 seeing that he was injured
Nevermind dumb Lakerfan already got owned on the topic
Give him a break brah Lakerfan has only been watching basketball since 2008
Hi, sweetcheeks.

WTF, now GSW fans to try to troll the boards?
your american? oh
Omg you mean laker fans are making separate accounts aside from their own to bad mouth spurs Wow no one ever thought of that!
On topic however I don't care much for the spurs much less david. But he was a great hof player. Soft, bible thumper and all he would be welcomed on anyone's team. Just read all the mad and hate in this threadIt's written all over your face fellas.

Was he on the team? If so, he was a 1st round casualty. That's it and that's allPERIOD.![]()
As beloved as D-Rob is here i don't think it's unfair to say he was one of the most talented players ever who didn't have all the passion for the game to go with that talent. Not saying he didn't have passion but he didn't bleed the game.. Robinson was more talented than Duncan but Duncan wanted it more than he did..
Just like what Pau did to Kobe.
with his close-to-Duncan mediocre numbers![]()
Gasol couldn't win a single playoff till Kobe took him in.

Kobe couldn't get into the playoffs without Phil Jackson.
Kobe couldn't get out of the first round without Daddy. Once Pau came, all of that changed.
Pau is the real leader.
Pau couldn't win a single playoff game till Kobe took him in.
