I'm not going to bet my house on a championship, but I think it is possible. If the young guns grow up quick, and the Spurs can make one more move and get another decent big that can score a bit down low, bang and swat some shots, the chances go up quite a bit.
Tbh, I don't think a team has to have a dominant big to contend anymore. The league has evolved into a guard/sf style of play now, that is why while impressive, Dwight Howard and Griffin are not overly impressive to me. Those guys are in the right place at the right time, in a league with declining or watered down big men.
Get a big that can guard the paint and board and that is all you need to win a championship if the other pieces are in place.
