As of L.A.'s win tonight, the Spurs are currently out of playoff contention

Spurs should tank this year, play the new guys 30+ a night, put the older guys in tourist mode. It's not like they have a solid chance at the le, IMO. Or do they?

If this team continues to play like on the road, the Rodeo road trip will leave us scrambling to make the playoffs.

The young guys are playing well, but so what ? Losses are losses. They need to light a fire under their own asses or they can kiss this season over.

I give them credit for playing at a higher level at home, but come on, you HAVE TO WIN ON THE ROAD. That's where the good teams separate themselves from the pretenders. --> Which the Spurs are right now.

Maybe the younger guys shamed the vets in to playing harder going forward. I doubt it though. There problems are upstairs in la cabeza.

If everything comes together with our age/experience + our very talented young squad who are getting minutes, I do believe the Spurs have a good chance.

They are not favorites for the le, but they could make it to finals or the WCF's this year.
