Several posters have come downstairs and told me how the Spurs are holding their opponents to less PPG this year than last year when the average PPG is down throughout the entire league.

The only positive for the Spurs this season defensively is Splitter and Leonard. But the defense as a whole isn't much better than last year. The pick and roll defense is brutal.
