Ron Paul's In-It-To-Win-It Strategy Is 'Not Far-Fetched,' Campaign Manager Says
It's not far-fetched at all. Most of the delegate projection is simply that, speculation based on how people think delegates will be allotted based on performance in nonbinding straw polls. They're going to be elected through the state convention process. It's our strategy to attack those state conventions, move through that convention process and capture delegates that way. The reporting of delegate attainment is largely skewed by the media right now.

So Paul's campaign manager thinks Paul's campaign is well managed.
Riveting.
Rick Santorum’s delegate woes: Trying hard in some states; in others, not so much
The Santorum campaign’s organizational missteps mean that it is already at a deficit of at least 30 delegates in the races playing out over the next month – even before voters in those contests have cast their ballots.

Yep, Paul's not going to win the nomination.

Ron Paul, gotta love that guy. Nice to see an honest person with a spine in this race.

In the districts where Santorum failed to meet the requirements to assign his own delegate, that does not mean the delegate slot will go to just whomever. Those districts or counties or however the state does it still vote or hold a caucus. The people attending decide whoever gets it and those outcomes have been tabulated.
There is no surprise super secret delegate defection.
Maine caucuses provide a window into Ron Paul delegate strategy (IMPORTANT)
Estimates by CNN and other national news organizations Saturday night projected that Romney, who placed first with 39 percent in the Maine GOP straw poll, would wind up taking at least nine of Maine’s 24 national convention delegates, compared with seven for Paul, who placed second with 36 percent. But due to Paul supporters’ superior organization in the low-turnout caucuses, those projections could be way off, and the libertarian-leaning Texas congressman could well sweep Maine’s 24 delegates at the August Republican National Convention.

:> smug
It means the delegates are up for grabs and most of them are being grabbed by Ron Paul. What Paul is not getting, Romney is.
Here's what Obama thinks of Maine.
what does Obama think of Maine?
That fraud happened in their recent elections, and he doesn't blame them.
That article agreed with me dumbass. Its also flies in the face of your notion that the media is simply deciding not to report the true outcomes.
Can the people involved with the caucuses until the bitter end still talk about the outcomes?
Do you have any notion of how the AP is organized and how it disseminate news?
If you would remember, in the Demo nominating process as the race went on and the caucuses are completed, the districts and counties that Obama took using the same 'wait it out til the bitter end' strategy reported that he had won the delegates. As the article points out because the GOP is even worse at plurality that the Dems, its harder to pull tht type of stunt off.
You go ahead and keep the tin hat on and read the ronpaul forums. Everyone else is a bunch of dummies right?
Like I said: that is what scientologists act like.
Its not fraud. they just cook the books so to speak with the delegates that are made available. of course they made it so they can control the outcome in the process. how do you think its been that almost no deleagtes have gone rogue in the 40 or so years of the primaries as we know them?
CNN catches up with an Upbeat Ron Paul in Kansas-"We're are going to win the majority of the delegates" (VIDEO)

Do you ever get anything thats not from Paul's campaign? Are you really that daft? Its like asking the tobacco companies about the health risks of smoking or Exxon about global warming.
Do you even attempt to get your information from an objective source or do you just go to where they are saying what you want to hear?
Ron Paul is snagging delegates from Newt Gingrich in Georgia!
The Texas congressman’s forces took over the DeKalb County delegate-selection convention in eastern metropolitan Atlanta.
The Paul campaign’s goal is to have its supporters make up a majority at each district convention and thereby help assure Paulites become delegates to the national GOP convention.

Breaking! Las Vegas, Nevada. Ron Paul Delegates SWEEP The Clark County Convention!
Chairman Gibbs brought the meeting to order by asking for any Santorum supporters to please raise their hands. A handful of people raised their hands. Then he asked for Gingrich. He got 2 handfuls. When he asked for Romney, his people clustered near the front of the main room raised their hands with a great cheer.
When he asked for Ron Paul what looked like about 2/3rds of the crowd of over 2,600 delegates leaped to their feet as one and unleashed a thunderous ovation that lasted for 30 seconds. It was absolutely electrifying.

The Ron Paul Winning Strategy: Washington State Precinct 304 Example
I contend that it is far more likely that Ron Paul has almost as many real delegates as Romney nationally, if not more, and if the media ever reported it, this whole fabricated concern of electability becomes an obvious and obnoxious deception and the establishment could be severely squashed this time around. Similar to a Ronald Reagan trounce but far more drastic.
