Pistons will Remember The Alamo!

You said Spurs staff, right? Not players??
No, not any players. I would have flipped my f'n gord if SA players had been in there. It was a Spurs trainer who apparently was very good friends with a couple Pistons trainers.
timvp and I saw Ron Mercer at a club at close to 4am before a game day when he was with the Spurs. But that was during the regular season and well .. it was just Ron Mercer.
By the way....the people in Miami were sure that we were done before Game 7 against the Heat because Chauncey, Lindsey, and Tayshaun closed out some bar in South Beach. I think that turned out OK.
Of course they will remember where they won their 2nd straight championship!![]()
That's what I was saying before. Whatever the Pistons are doing before game 7's seems to be working just fine.
ok, now i definately don't believe you. Dice wouldn't turn someone down just because they said they were from san antonio. There is a reason the news writers around detroit call him "McNice". I could see Sheed maybe not wanting to take pictures if he was on his way somewhere because he gets it all the time. But, Dice not signing something just because a person is from San An? It's possible he said it jokingly to the girl, but you're just trying to spread bad rumors with this stuff.

I saw a little girl ask for Tayshaun Prince's autograph and he doused her in gasoline and set her on fire.
that seems about right
Rumors. Prove it.
Pistons are improving, if Rodman was still playing, he would have played game 7 drunk and high
I find it pathetic that people are buying into this. Why would the Pistons be hanging out with SA staff?! Why and how would they be in a bar with underage girls at 1:20 am? Why would Dice refuse to give an autograph to a little boy? Dice is the most fan-friendly person on the Pistons (well, at least him and Rip are).
I'm shocked that so many people are buying into this. Yeah, they could have been at a bar or something, but all the other stuff? Come on.
welcome to the NBA
No joke, one of the best rugby players I've ever played with ran warmup laps with a Heineken in one hand and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth...
He may do this all the time...
Dice is one of the nicest, most unassuming guys in all of sports, I find this really hard to believe.
Having said that I'm not sure how this has a hill of beans to do with game 7. NBA players are like rock stars, nothing any of them do is going to surprise me a whole lot. There are players that won't ever sign anything for anybody if they're out in public.
Why is it important to mention that they were white?
This statement really ratchets up your credibility, rofl.
Lots of professional ballers drink before games. One of my great friends in Brazil is the reigning league MVP and is playing Game 3 of the national championship series at home this Friday. Still, he'll be at my house for at least the first half of tonight's game 7 and will no doubt slam at least four or five beers. And he'll get a triple double tomorrow night. Btw, Manu's old team Kinder Bologna is interested in signing him (Valtinho).
actually them being white, makes it more beleivable![]()
I think the Pistons are calm. It's the Spurs I think that are nervous.
Sheed is old school...
I got the most of the Lakers totally ed up drunk in WCFs against SA in 83 right before game 6, and they still kicked our asses.

Why do people (more specifically FANS) care so much what the players are doing on their own time??
Ever had a drink or two after the work day, during the work week? Ever had a beer at lunch before going back to work? Ever go out to the bar on a Tuesday or Wednesday night?
Jeeesh, does Rasheed having a few drinks the night before game 7 really gets you hyped that much more??? Should he really be hiding in his hotel room, nervously thinking about the game and phased by the big moment?
Think about it ...
