If we're not just counting scrubs who played 5 games and then were out of the league, I think George Wilson has to be considered one of the worst players of all time, based on the stats we have from his time. Can't say anything about his defense, but his stats are bad for a guy who played as long as he did in the league.
Ralph Ogden is another guy who somehow played 32 games with the Warriors in 1971, and ended up with 1.2 ppg.
Plummer Lott
Connie Rea
Cedric Bozeman
Jake Voskuhl
Robert Swift

Granville Waiters tbh
You listed Walton twice.
monke bateer was also the tiest player to ever win a ring tbh, with breath being a distant 2nd place
Worst player of all time and the worst #2 pick of all time as well.
Christian Laetner def needs to be top 3
Sorry spell nazi...
Laettner
Happy?
Obv the worst players would be ones people never heard of. There are a ton of journeyman guys who played like thirty games and had more tos than fgs
Even if you just limit it to top 20 draft picks or even lotto picks guys like kwame and laettner don't come close to qualifying.
Reece Gaines: http://m.bkref.com/m?p=XXplayersXXgXXgainere01.html&t=2
Yaroslav Karolev: http://m.bkref.com/m?p=XXplayersXXkXXkorolya01.html
Wasting a lottery pick plus the money spent, IMO, is way worse than paying a min salary fa for a min amount of time.
Thread le is not worst investments, its worst players.
Tskitishvili (http://www.basketball-reference.com/...tskitni01.html), Karolev, and Gains weren't minimum salary FA players anyway there were all top 15 draft picks.
