Junior will knock Hunt out. He's not going to stand there and get laid out like Struve did.
I don't think it's possible to knock Hunt out. Too many people under estimate him.

What's this trend with the stupid headliners recently? GSP/Diaz, Jones/Chael and now Cain/Bigfoot#2? Is that really the best they can do?

ive lost faith in JDS after the last fight.. mark hunt will be a good matchup / test for him to see where he stands imo

Cain Velasquez v. Antonio Silva - I like Bigfoot and all but who are we kidding? Cain's not going to make the same mistakes that Overeem did.

Junior Dos Santos v. Mark Hunt - Again, I find Hunt incredibly entertaining to watch, but I think he's just completely out-matched here. JDS looked like crap against Cain and I think that he's going to come out with a renewed vigor this weekend.

Glover Teixeira v. Jame Te-Huna - Cakewalk for Glover

Gray Maynard v. TJ Grant - Grant has looked insanely good ever since he dropped to lightweight. I think that he extends his winning streak here.

Donald Cerrone v. KJ Noons - I know Cowboy was less than impressive in his last fight against Pettis, but Noons has been beaten by Ryan Couture, so there's that...

That's because Silva is a got and is afraid to fight Jones.

Cain Velasquez vs. Antonio Silva - for heavyweight le

I'm rooting for Cain of course and I hope he will finish Bigfoot quick. But Silva possesses some power and confidence which can be dangerous if Cain not gonna be cautious. Anyway All for Cain his speed and pace.

Damn I would love Hunto to win this. I do not like that JDS guy.

Not a cakewalk but Glover can do it

Tough to pick especially with the long layoff of maynard. But still I think the guy improved and can win against a guy who is in the zone.

Donald looked exhausted on weigh-ins but IMO he can beat KJ anyway

I'd love to be wrong but I just can't see Silva winning..

•Junior dos Santos vs. Mark Hunt
Unlikely but I want to take the chance at an upset here.. Hunt has huge KO power and an iron Jaw..

•James Te Huna vs. Glover Teixeira

    I think by submission..

    •T.J. Grant vs. Gray Maynard

Maynard's last chance at a le shot..

    Donald Cerrone vs. KJ Noons

Cerrone should get back on track..

UFC should just run a seven fight series with Cain and Junior.

Had a stream up on the laptop and the game on TV. I actually missed the Dos Santos KO live because it happened at the end of the 4th quarter and I was trying to watch both.

  16. #41
Yeah I had the laptop in the other room and was popping in to see a little but when the game had about 5 min left in the 4th I was just glued to the TV..

This forum should pick back up when the playoffs are over..

HW is just so damn thin. It will probably always be the thinnest division in MMA because most guys that are about 220-230 pounds will just cut down to 205 so they don't have to fight much larger men like Bigfoot at HW. Cain doesn't have too many challenges outside of JDS again and maybe Werdum right now.
