I haven't really been keeping up with the story or read any articles cause I've been busy working out, working,spring break,family, gf,etc. I taught they actually raped her, due to all the media and bs going on about it. guys were not drunk and they were aware what they were doing but that doesn't necessarily mean it was a rape or imo. as the got so inebriated she couldn't even stand by her own, she was giving up everything of herself in the hands of those two guys and as a 16yr old she should've known the result of drinking so much alcohol. guys didn't force her to drink that much alcohol nor had they kidnapped her or something. was voluntary to hang out with those guys and get drunk, putting herself in a situation where she was wide exposed to guys s, so having sex with the guys was supposedly voluntary too, something the must have expected tbh. it's like you agree to sleep in the same bed with a strange man but you later sue him for raping you, it's quite obvious you've agreed to let him do everything with your body when you've agreed to sleep with him imho.

kinda somewhat agree with this. That's why the majority of the blame goes to the parents of the kids involved. the fact is if i were a good woman i would've never gone out to a bar or something with a bunch of guys, and even if i do go out with some of my friends to have a drink or , i will not drink THAT much and i will make sure i can get back home on my own feet. knew the risks and she still decided to hang out with those guys regardless. the 16yr should take responsibility for her own stupid behaviors imho.
