Defense lawyers in the coming trial of two high school football players charged with raping a nearly passed-out-drunk 16-year-old girl are expected to argue on the issue of consent.
In the case that has shocked the nation, prosecutors state that the inebriated girl was taken to a number of parties by a group of drunk teenagers, supporting her to walk when she wasn't physically capable. The prosecution claims that the group later sexually assaulted the girl while she lay unconscious.
But attorney Walter Madison, who represents one of the accused boys, argues......
'Everybody agrees she's puking. She's puking on herself. People have to help her walk. She can't talk. She's stumbling,' Hemmeter added
They were charged 10 days after the party, after a flurry of social media postings about the alleged attack led the girl and her family to go to police.

Every now and then something like this happens and you see how stupid people can be. These idiots carried this girl around like a blow up doll and continued to party. Apparently, an idiot was so enthusiastic about what took place, that he had to make a video and discuss the incident.

Uh, yea. It's Ohio.
It's a hideous act. It is been widely reported for sometime now, but has only recently gotten any real attention. To some extent, that's true because of efforts within the community to protect the football players who were involved and who are witnesses.
Unfortunately, the prosecution is going to have a difficult time proving its case beyond a reasonable doubt because it apparently lacks any significant physical evidence and the bulk of its evidence is based on the social media reporting of those who were involved, and it's corroboration by other people and other forms of social media.
This white guy needs to be killed, you can see that he's not mentally stable.. off him before he can freely walk society again. Kill everyone in this video... they all seem like nuts

Are you a lawyer? There are probably some kind of misdermeanor sex offender charges they can get them for. All the Federal and state laws about harassment. Plus lawsuits. Something can be done to these boys correct?
