Nowadays all these dances and hip hop are what these kids see, and with social media alot of these kids are trying their own version of these dances and posting them to show off. Maybe the dad was a bad parent to begin with but its also possible that the influences outside of their house clouded the morals the dad instilled in them. I mean hes pretty upset about this, to the point of whipping their ass so Im sure he thought he raised them well enough to where he wasnt expecting them to that at all.
Tbh, the real problem here are those soccer moms in their late 20s early 30s who talk about how "cute" youtube videos of 7 year old girls singing Rhianna songs about how there's "sex in the air" and "whips and chains excite her" are. Between that and shows that sexualize prepubescent girls, behavior like this isn't really much of a surprise, nor is it that out of control for that matter.

No. Most girls are not twerking and uploading it. Sure you can find plenty of videos, but most girls across the country are not twerking and posting the videos online. Unless you have a link that shows the majority are? I am not justifying the dad here, but that is hoe activity and not normal for young girls - even if it is becoming more common.
