Its the offseason in LA.
Dwight in' sucks. The sooner you realize that, the better.
Its the offseason in LA.
At least 1 championship banner hanging in OKC.
Pretty much the stupidest question one could ever ask.
Lol dusted by a 37 year old..
By the time Lebron is done with this league Durant is going to be washed up.
Forever a bridesmaid.![]()
Dumbass meth smoking can't see reality...![]()
You're the ones on crack if you really think KD won't win a championship in the next 10 years. I don't see him being another Barkley.
Lakers will have a $300 million payroll and no ring to show for it.
Laker butthurt is still strong after their beat down.
That's what Jazz fans thought
Scary thought. Still seems like two completely different situations though.
Take solace in the fact that KD isn't a choker like Malone, so there's always a chance.
He choked pretty hard today, tbh![]()
Durant's not a choking got statpadding child-rapist who walks out on the kid he made with the 13 year-old, so I don't see the parallel tbh.
Durant=Stockton and Westbrick/Martin= Malone
Who knows, I cannot see the future. I can say this, the Lakers fans continue to on the Spurs, and that is fine with me. You guys, along with the Celtics are the two most storied franchises in NBA history. However, the Spurs are the 3rd best franchise in NBA history (yes Chicago has 6 les, but aside from the 90s, their franchise has been mediocre for the most part).....not bad for a small market team from poor, ole San Antonio. We don't have the large media market like LA and Boston. We don't have near the money that LA and Boston does. I love the city of San Antonio, however, it isn't the most attractive city for NBA players.....definitely not as attractive as LA or Boston. With that being said, we have the 2nd best winning % all-time, only behind the Lakers. We have the 4 NBA les. We have made the playoffs in all but 4 years of our existence, with only 6 losing seasons. So you Lakers fans can bash us all you want, I really don't care, and most other Spurs fans don't either.
GO SPURS GO
Needing to look 10 years into the future to take solace in how ful your franchise currently is.
If the Lakers are gonna be so good in 10 years...then talk to us in 10 years, got! Right now, your team is , and the Spurs are superior.
To the extent that what you said is true, it's nothing to be proud of. What you're basically saying is that the Lakers don't have to actually work hard to accomplish anything - they just get handed the best players arbitrarily, and they have the most money to spend. If those are your main reasons for success, that's quite shameful in my opinion.
As for wanting Howard on the Spurs? Absolutely not. Howard's game is one-dimensional, and he's an awful teammate. There are at least 5 centers I'd take right now over that .
...And he's on your team.Sucks to be you.

The fact that the Spurs are consistently at the big dance while they have seen SO MANY teams become good then falter over the course of their history is crazy. Spurs will be fine in ten years tbh other teams will have their success and failures. OKC probably won't hang a championship banner but hey, there's always conference and division championships, no?
rememba det time in 2011 when history2bs said the Spurs would be lottery bound in two seasons while the Lakeshow would reload and be winning ships?![]()
Bottom line is the Spurs front office wants to win and will put a win over money. After Duncan is gone they will go through a rough patch but they won't sign Monte Ellis(or any other ty FA) to put butts in the seats. The Lakers Spurs rivalry is for the long term.
even when duncan is already 37yr old they're still counting on him to do everything, it's hard to imagine how terrible things will turn when duncan retires imho. spurs may probably continue to make the playoffs on a regular basis but will be nothing but first round fodder, until they decide to tank a season for another top young prospect, but no one can ensure they will be lucky enough to get another franchise player like what duncan is imho
I dread the day Tiago Splitter becomes our build around franchise player.![]()
Hey how do you think those Rockets are going to look in the next 10 years compared to OKC?

Exactly, I'm really worried about 2023 right now.
