newsflash - dont have more children than you can afford
Your math is way off. $58,000 of gross income would net a family of four at least $4k/month.
$58k = $4833/month
FICA (7.25%) =$350
After Standard Ded. of $12,200
personal exemptions of $15,600
Max. Taxable Income =$30,200
Federal Income Tax=$3638 annually or $303/month
Net Income= $4179/month

North Dakota. So hard to find workers that Walmart is bussing employees across the state.
Oil boom in a previously sparsely populated area is causing lots of opportunity. The climate keeps most of the trash out of state.
and the ND health system/ERs are crushed by all the injuries to gas/oil workers working without employer or self insurance. oil/gas workers are as expendable as war mercenaries.

I thought he was asking about a state where there was a great economy and cheap living expenses??????
just in case he was thinking about getting ground up in the fracking machine
I have excellent health benefits and I still pay half the cost - once you add a kid to insurance and have PPO like I do through UHC you still pay $120/mo out of pocket. Myself would only be $30/mo, I don't know where you are pulling numbers from.
LOL, you're right. I wonder where I messed up at. I did a quick calc on excel. I must have grabbed a wrong cell someplace. I've deleted my work though, so I won't know for sure.
You have a minor error...
SS 6.2% + medicare 1.45% = 7.65%.
I just did it again, and get over $50,023 using the 2012 tax table, but that doesn't include the child tax credit, and I used your exemption numbers which are 400 off for that year.
OK, It's over $50k, probably over $51k before state and local taxes take a bite out.
I didn't include that. I pay just over $98 every two weeks. That's $212 monthly. Mine is 15.5% of the insurance cost. My employer pays the other 84.5%.
That's already been covered and your narrative destroyed, yet you wag it around like the worn out teddy bear that it is.![]()
Here. You can runaway from it again.

Didn't you try that last week?
58k thats alot of money
look at ppl on welfare handouts is like 1/4 of that pay, still can live by their means...
A single person living on $14.5/year? 12 x 600 = 7200 just for rent
