    I like the deal. Draft a QB to back him up for a year or two to get experience. We don't know about Schaub... he was elite a couple years ago.. he could always come back and do something. They just need weapons.

    the "restructure" is basically a paycut . schaub got fleeced. awesome deal by the raiders. they guaranteed his entire 2014 salary, but its not like they were going to cut him this year anyway
