It doesn't really matter who guards him, they aren't running isolation plays..

They're running him with screens every play, he either takes the mid-range J, the 3 or blindly drives in an attempt to draw a foul, tbh..Ellis is an erratic player, he's nothing special, he guards himself better than any opponent can defend him..

This again, tbh..

Ellis is a volume chucker..they should probably mix Kawhi and Danny to keep them fresh, but you live with volume chuckers taking jump shots..

As great as it seemed Ellis played last year, he shot pretty poorly for the series IIRC..he's a chucker..
