Eh, over the last souple of years petrol (thats right its not really gas :p) prices have jumped around 40c. Was about 80c and now its up to about $1.20. It sucks.
The irononic thing is I thought we gained control over some certaint oil fields.....
When I started driving it was about $.60/gallon.
I'm just glad I don't have to commute to New Braunfels everyday anymore....![]()

Here is a tip:
Sell your freaking gas guzzling SUVs, that you do not need.
Buy a sedan or a coupe. If you get 9 mpg-11 mpg more(my Infiniti sedan gets 25 mpg), you will save about $70-75/month, if you drive 1000 miles a month.
I drive a little Pontiac.![]()
17 cents in the past week it's gone up. Ridiculous.

Somebody farts in Saudi Arabia, and prices go up.
I was not talking to you SW, I know what you drive.
Here in CS, there are more trucks and SUVs than cars...that is sick.
Yeah, I have a Ford Ranger and the Cavalier. Gas is still killing us here.
Oh man, those country bumpkins love their big trucks.
this is why my dream car would be any volswagon with the TDI engine...
40 miles to the gallon. beautiful.
hmm...If I put a gooseneck hitch on the roof of your Infiniti do you think it would pull my 40' horse trailer?...![]()
A majority of big trucks you see going down the road don't have a scratch on them & have never towed a trailer, ever. I'd compare the tonnage I have hauled with my truck to anyone other than a full-time cattle hauler.
I paid $2.10 for prem. gas in California back in 1999-2000.
Im looking at getting rid of my truck and its a v6
I get about 17 MPG and its starting to effect the pocketbook, even more when I move back to Bulverde
Same here with the Ranger. The V-6 is eating up the gas, so I'm using the car now. A lot.
