What's a rainbow apartment complex? I'm foreign so I don't quite know it, do you guys have flags like this hung out of your apartments?

I think that means his apartment is a gay apartment (tract lighting, cat named Trevor, smokes Virginia Slims... etc...) and he has a hangup about it (complex).
