Kawhi was our starting SF in 2012. The refs are going to be huge factor on their side even in SA. Chesapeake is just a different level of hole though.
OKC had HardenRef on their squad back in 2012 & Kawhi/Danny got no respect from the refs.

Yeah, Rockets won't beat this team rolling on full throttle.
OKC lacks depth and they have a new coach that still lets them hero ball.
Spurs have Golden State's number, the wings to stop theirs, great 3pt defense, rim protection that is needed to stop their underrated inside baskets that casuals haven't noticed yet, a PF to expose Green like Monroe did, better bench etc etc

Cleveland on the other hand is dangerous. Kyrie is a proven pain in our ass, him and J.R are the definitions of monkey ball. Thompson will expose our short frontcourt in the bench, Love was a Tiago killer who knows if LMA will do a better job on him, oh and they have Lebron
We're not going to lose in the ing NBA Finals WITH HCA to a Leastern team.

Funniest thing I've read all night. You made my Christmas... sort of.

Lebron choked and turned it over last year during the first matchup, and Kyrie almost dropped 60 in the second meeting. They're a tough matchup. I would pick the Spurs in 6 or 7 though

Kyrie taking that kind of dump was a fluke, nothing more nothing less. We had that game in the bag until our "87%" free throw shooter clanged two in a row. He has a habit of that when he faces LeBron. Still, Spurs are far superior and too proud to lose to the Least (especially with HCA when we're undefeated in the Finals)

    Subtle goods, tbh

Hope you're right, but regardless. That's a tough ass road to 6

compared to the easier one last year with the Cavs mangled and the Warriors still unproven, or the REALLY easy one in 2011 when there weren't any teams that were that great at all (Thunder and Heat were still a year away). Yes it will be a difficult road, but if Spurs can do it, it will definitely cement our legacy and Pop's/Tim's.

It is infuriating as to know the Cavs have only to show up for one series to win the ship..they can coast and no team is taking them to 6-7 games in the East..even in this so called improved East none of those teams approach the Pacers 2012-2014 in causing matchup issues to Lebron's team..

The higher the cap rises, the more super teams there will be... This is only the beginning tbh.

OKC got cucked harder than any team though, letting go of Harden because of the tax they would've had to pay... And they might lose KD and RW soon when rich teams like the Laker$ throw stupid money at those names

Well good riddance if so tbh. that putrid bat guano organization and all their inbred fake fans. Hope Durant bolts to Washington or something and they're forced to relocate back to Seattle.

Right, because Kawhi was the same player as a rookie as he is now sure they're dangerous, but we had them beat on the road in the first game of the season. I don't fear them as much as I used to, and we'll have home court

    Right now it's looking like

    1st round: vs Rockets
    2nd round: vs Thunder
    3rd round: vs Warriors
    Finals: vs Cavs

    this b :

I highly doubt Houston ends up at 7. I bet they pass the Grizz (MAYBE the Mavs too, but that's 50/50), but I'm willing to bet they end up at 6, and play OKC first round and we play the Grizz. Even if we did play Houston first, we win in 6. A crapoy defensive team doesn't all of s sudden play great D and with great effort for a 7 game series

Blake Griffin out at least couple of weeks..Mavericks with a chance to nab that 4th seed with probably the most flawed team to be that high in the West in recent years...

LoL, watch them end up as the 7th seed. I hope the Cripples end up as the 8th seed if Blake is out for more than 2 wks; Gobert couldn't return any sooner & Conley's ass needs to get out of his season long slump. Otherwise, they still end up as the 4th seed w/ most seeds being up for grabs during the season finale like last season since the Mavs/Rockets have a tough remaining schedule.

everything is breaking out nicely for Golden State..Clippers schedule isn't that tough next 3 weeks, so hopefully they could still cling at least to 5th seed even though the team has been horrific without blake in the lineup..

    TOUGH SLEDDING AHEAD WITHOUT GRIFFIN?

With Blake Griffin off the court this season, the Clippers score 16 fewer points per 100 possessions than they do with Griffin on the court. The Clippers' field goal percentage, 3-point percentage and rebound percentage without Griffin would rank worst in the NBA.

They did okay last season w/o Blake; DeAndre is going to get what he was crying about during the offseason drama by being featured in the PnR. As long as Paul can still play at a high level like last season they can go .500.

Spurs and OKC are locked into that 2/3 matchup, which means Spurs lose.
