There's a difference between him "getting off" because of some technicality and him having charges dropped because the only evidence/testimony presented by either side showed that Ray was trying to defuse the situation when the other guys attacked his friends and were stabbed.

Agree that Lewis is a generational talent and longevity was ridiculous (spanned over a decade of greatness).

I still can't put any of those guys with Admiral. Robinson honored commitment to Spurs (after serving his country) and continues to be positive force in community, while Elway refused to play for the Colts. Kind of like Peyton's little brother and the Chargers.

Elway was still very good when he went out. Peyton was Mets Willie Mays.
