Nope. I didn't hang out with them, god no, I had my own group. The arabs, they didn't play basketball, but oddly enough there were several in my gym class. They just walked around with each other outside (an activity permitted in gym class as long as they were walking and not sitting), talked to each other in arabic, didn't associate with anyone else... typical arab/muslim fashion. Probably planning to blow up a Whataburger or something, idk.

In 11th grade I had back to back gym classes by choice, 3rd and 4th period. The 3rd period was the one with the sketchy arabs in the corner of the gym. The 4th period didn't have arabs but included some re ed kids. I had my groups in each class, though. The most fun part of the school day, easily

I'm going to hijack this thread for a moment and go on a classic, sort of off topic, 'MP tangent...

I work in a majority Muslim/Hindu area and actually love it. The Ahmeds and Chatterjees were actually nice and easy to work with. Keep in mind that this was a wealthy area of town so there are a lot of educated Engineers, Doctors, IT professionals, etc as opposed to the goat ing, section 8 inhabiting, curry smelling, poo in the loo stereotypical third world trash the conservatives are thinking of. The atmosphere in this town is great, family oriented, etc and I realized that it's due to the fact that they are all religious. Even if they believe that bathing in the sacred feces of the Ganges River is holy, atleast they believe in something. Society gets pretty ugly without religion. Case in point. When I worked with middle class white people a few years ago, it was a much more unpleasant experience. Stay at home moms losing their if somebody didn't put whipped cream on their Starbucks triple mocha, dads drinking the 12-pack and watching the big game, etc

Whites have no real religion to rally around since all the Protestant sects of Christianity are heresy. The only solution for them is Eastern Orthodoxy. Educated Muslims/Hindus are much better to be around. However, the low class ones out there in the Middle East are just hyper aggressive and would be that way without religion. They had a giant penis envy of the monotheistic religion of early Christianity and Judaism and decided to create a hodgepodge of their own, naming it Islam. I think that's the issue. Muslims can range from being very smart and pleasant to be around to n!gger status in the Middle East.

tl;dr Educated Muslims - good, Middle Eastern Muslims - bad. So called "conservative" whites need to quit screwing around and convert to Orthodoxy

After all, the OT certainly extols the ancient Near Eastern values and beliefs of ethnocentrism and patriarchy that lack compassion and mercy. Noah's flood, the destruction of Sodom and an abundance of imprecatory psalms cons ute both physical and psychological harm against another person(s) (i.e. terrorism). Now, you could argue this is a matter of hermeneutics and that religious texts should not be read compliantly, but then that would challenge your contention of Muhammad as the catalyst for violence in the name of Islam.
