It's his body not his mind that's the issue.
You must have missed the quotes of Pop or whoever saying it's mental.

I was reffering to his slow recovery from this "mystery" injury and to many quotes saying how poorly Kawhi is handling this rehab. You can laugh now, but we'll see in a year or two how things go. And of course, I wish the best to both of them.
    Many quotes? From the team?

The only thing that Pop said about Kawhi's injury was "He's just coming along more slowly, for whatever reason. It's just been more difficult for him to get through the rehab routine. His body hasn't reacted the same way."
"I wouldn't want him to go right from rehab to jumping on the court" "He's got to go three-on-three and five-on-five, feel comfortable. In the end, that confidence is what's going [to be important]."
"Anyone who's been out for any length of time has to get that back, even if the doctors say, 'Yep, you're ready to go.' You're really not until you're mentally ready to go."

There is no reason to assume what you say abou Kawhi after Pop's words.

This has been making the rounds. People saying the vets don’t respect Luka. Cuban angry about Jordan going in unnecessarily to rebound and advance the ball. When can we sign him? #77

after watching the spurs vs mavs game, I got this kind of vibe. Doncic has a clear confidence to him. And I could see how these "fragile" vets could be upset by that. I feel like there were a couple of times where they avoided passing to him too, when he was wide open on the perimeter

What makes any of you think Popovich would even play this guy here? What works for other teams don’t always work for us

He's better than Goran Dragic while being only 19. That's crazy good. The only thing is that his ceiling ain't that high due to his limited athleticism. Other than that he's a very good player to have

the post was Cuban not high on Jordan and other fragile vets, not Doncic. Doncic will be a star and Mavs future, him and Dennis Smith. No way Cuban trades him. But I expect Cuban tanking it for Zion Williamson. Barnes, Powell anyone??

You need to be an idiot to not recognize the talent of this kid, he is not a rookie.
