    ... is why Repugs have plans to allot electoral votes, all or proportionally, by counties won, rather than by total vote count.

    I really hadn't followed this PA Special Election very closely, but it's interesting that Lamb didn't have to go through a Primary to run. He never had to battle the far left. If the rest of the districts can stay center-left, then yes, republicans need to worry. Most will go through primaries and the farthest left will normally be chosen (along with the farthest right candidate)...in that case, I don't think the blue wave is as large as everyone thinks it is going to be.
