7 months of UBI and Americans are going to realize it’s common sense legislation the same way they now realize requiring health insurance companies to take people with pre-existing conditions is. The establishment on both sides will fight tooth and nail to make sure it doesn’t happen.

I'm not sure what to think of this. I would support it if we could get the $1,000 in the hands of people who needed it most without giving it to people who don't. It's just more debt and our country is going to have a national debt crisis at this pace.

We'll see what's in the $850 million bailout Mnuchin is announcing today. I have a feeling CC and the other deficit hawks on the board won't have anything to say about hyperinflation being right around the corner this time.
If we could somehow get it to the people who actually work and not the bums who sit around all day that would be fine by me. I don't see why it should be so hard to separate between the ones who work verses the ones who don't. (those who are able and just don't feel like it)
$850 million ain't . Trump tax cuts are going to cost the country $2.3 trillion, which could have been seven months of emergency UBI at $1000 per person per month.
