So Rogan is really an antivaxx ? Disappointing, as the first time I listened to him was an interview he did with Osterholm in March 2020 where Osterholm pretty much explained to him how the pandemic would play out and how the virus was clearly transmitted in the air after the results of that Seattle church choir getting it, and how washing your hands, washing surfaces was a waste of time because it wasn't transmitted via fomites. It was a really informative interview that introduced me to Osterholm and he's the one expert I have been following since, as he's the one who has been most right. Only big thing Osterholm got wrong was saying it would probably be 2+ years for vaccines, since we got them in about 9 months.

You should take it too. I'm glad I did, as my experience with COVID for the last week or so has been quite mild. Had a headache and a pretty sore throat a couple of days and had some sinus congestion that's going away now. Far cry from what a lot of my friends and family dealt with before there were vaccines.

He's just like any talk show that has to fill hundreds of hours. They have to let the crazies in to keep going. Happened with Oprah, Dr. Oz, etc. Ultimately Rogan is no different; just has bros to provide content for instead of housewives.

i never subscribed or followed his podcast weekly or anything like that but i used to check them out when he had interesting guests on. usually he kinda just gives them the floor to go off on whatever they want, had some really interesting ones with physicists like brian cox, brian greene, roger penrose, sean carroll, etc, and theres some genuinely fascinating stuff.

No point lol, I’ve tried everything. Tried being nice about it, tried being a about it, nothing works. We’re just going to walk around in masks, hiding from public places until we’re dead I guess. Same...I get why people are up in arms but it's not like Rogan presents himself as a bastion for medical information, and honestly if you're getting your opinions on vaccines or really anything scientific from a talking head on a radio show, you're probably dumb to begin with anyway. shutting down Rogan is just going to make the people who believe the anti science stuff look somewhere else for answers that coincide with their preconceived notions.
