I agree, Tim is playing like garbage. I don't know how much is due to injury, but he's supposed to be one of the top 2 dominant players in the league and he's getting blocked and stripped by Rasheed Wallace multiple times in the 4th quarter???

"I'd imagine its going to be pretty tough."

And the Spurs haven't lost their 5 annual games due to Tim getting hurt after 1 Jan like he has the past 3 years.

Making up 4 Ls on the Pistons is going to be very hard, unless the Pistons get bit real bad by the injury bug. I don't think the Pistons are going to get bit by Spurs-dont-give-a- bug.

The Pistons season RPG is actually negitive, but today it's +27.

    balh blah blah...

    Manu or no manu...

You don't stand a chance no matter what!
Spurs=Defending Champs on the court, Detroit=Champs in their own minds.

Take pleasure in the moral victory because your team couldn't do it when it counted.

Its not the end of the world but once again its another team making a statement against us. I know this team usually sleep walks through the first half of the season but this may be the year it really gets them. The Mavericks look stronger than they ever did under Harris and the Pistons show no signs of missing Larry Brown.

The worst part is that it all seems to be a lack of effort. I would be fine if we just hadnt found our shooting touch yet but they just dont look like they care at all. They are lazy at getting in position on offense and defense. They arent committed to rebounding or playing defense.

Tim Duncan looks more like Dirk right now. His offense is dictating his defense. When his shot is going he gives effort on D. When its not he is lazy and distracted and gives poor effort.

All of this could very well be corrected when it really matters but IMO the division (Dallas) is too close now for us to be just giving games away.

I don't beleive Tim is injured, if his injury is affecting his game, then please don't play the next 4 games and stop dunking the ball.

I've noticed that Tim gets blocked/stripped by Wallace every single time hes in the post and he goes back to his right side...which means he's turning to Rasheed's right hand, and the ball will be closer to Rasheed because Tim is right handed.

Man, Kori ... why don't you rename the boards already? The SpursHatersAndFanFakersTalk.com boards ... you ers are pathetic ... WE LOST. Do you like working on Christmas? Enjoy being away from your family? Having a friend sitting out injured?

BOO IN HOO we lost a game, we'll make up for it.

Today I saw Duncan DUNK more than I have in awhile, off of his injured foot ... that's a good thing. Parker WTFOWNED them in the paint. Finley & Barry, played like crap - oh well, are they not allowed to have off days? You guys seem to want 150% out of them all the time. I know, when I work holidays, I hate it ... can't imagine doing it somewhere else that I'm not comfortable in.

    P.S. Bowen == DPOY

If you're injured it's not very smart to play on an injury. And with Duncan jumping using his injured foot it will get worse. Stupid part on the 'doctor' for letting him play. It is December right now so why not give Duncan another month to heal, he needs 4 months of rest from what was orginally ankle problems to foot problems.

    Duncan's injury is BS.

I have never heard fans of any other team use "injuries" as an excuse as much as Spurs fans seem to. Every time Manu has a bad game or Duncan goes into a funk its some mysterious injury.

I am going to give credit to the argument that the Spurs are the ing Champs and if they have to play on Christmas, it shoulda been in their house.

No f'n doubt. While watching this game I kept thinking to myself, "Didnt we win the ring last year and not the Pistons?"

    THANK YOU.

I agree 100% this game shouldve been played here today.

We won the goddamn ring, make Detroit play HERE.

Ill say again, read stuff before you talk out of your ass.

The doctors have said, he wont get a whole lot better sitting.

He wont get a whole lot worse playing.

    So might as well play.

    On to Indiana.

I believe if Wade and Shaq are healthy, they have a great chance. I think that Wade and Manu are the 2 guys who mean so much in terms of beating the Pistons.

I don't want to hear Tparks or anyone elses excuses. Right now the team that was supposed to win 72 is going to be lucky to get to 62 unless they get their act together.
