    He was an alternate (they don't like defenders on the A-S team for some reason ) but one of the guys left for Europe, so now he's on the team.

    My friend and I were just discussing yesterday how learning from Pop's fundamental basketball has tainted us against the all star game.

    It's so sloppy I can hardly stand to watch it.

    Last night Noel had 39 points on 14-for-20 from the field and 11-for-11 from the line. That was his biggest scoring game of his life (other than junior high YMCA where he scored 60 ).

    He also now leads the league (CBA) in blocks. Hopefully Seattle will give him a 10-day contract.

    And before someone asks the relevance of this .. I'm just propping my friend.
