Oh man, bad joke.
What do you mean by nice? I think 700+ for good one. Older, more run down might be cheaper.

It really depends on size, location, and age.
But typically, in SA a nice 2 bedroom apartment will run you between $550 and $800 dollars a month.
Like this apartment complex La Jolla.

Man...sit yo' ass down and STFU. You must all over yourself since you think you are God. Talk about annoying!!
Stick to the weather dude.
Damn, in Metro DC you're talking $1200-1400 for a two-bedroom.
.
That property is a nightmare. Not to mention they accept section 8. I work on huebner right next to Hobby middle school, and our 2/2 are 730.00 plus we pay for expanded basic cable 78 channels.![]()

Wow! Good for you T-Park.
Wow! For those prices, you can rent a house.
Not in this area.
And the guy I know who moved in there moved from an apartment on the NW side. He's paying about $100 a month more over here, but he's getting 150 more sq ft. And it's gated (high tech security system) and has a gym and w/d hookups in the apartments, none of which he had at the other place.

olmos park area - hildebrand & mccullough - older complex and well maintained - cool floor plans - one bedroom coming up in february - 800 sq ft - $570.00 - covered parking - the apt complex pays the gas - my cps bill was $42.00 last month - easy access to both IH10 & 281 - pm me if want the managers name and number
It totally depends on location. When we were thinking we'd be back there by this point, we looked at one and two bedrooms on the NE side (closer access to NB and my family) and had some great deals (amenities and sqft) for only about $100 -$150 more than we're paying here for 1 bedrooms and between $150 and $250 more for 2 bedrooms. We're currently grandfathered into $455 a month in Houston, outside the loop in an older/rundown, but still perfectly respectable apartment. That unit now rents for $520, so . . .
Anyhow, it all depends. You can find really nice apartments for $1000 a month or mediocre apartments for way less. You look in the right spots you can find better deals. It all depends on what you are willing to trade on - for me, it was the ability to paint the walls anything but white and cheaper rent vs. living closer or in a newer building that wouldn't let me paint. The painting and cheaper rent won out.
I mean, if you have a gym membership, then you do not need to find a place with a fitness center. Etc. Apartment hunters can be really useful, and while they receive a commission, they also can get special deals for you (free rent, reduced rent, move-in special, etc), so it's worth checking them out.
I know a realtor who rents and leases properties in the Olmos Park/Monte Vista area as well, including apartments that aren't in complexes (guest houses, etc, which are nice because you aren't sharing walls with anyone), you can PM me if you want that number as well.
What are you looking to find out from Cyber? I've got a degree in broadcasting, and I work in it, so if you have any questions - I'll answer what I can.
How do you find the time to be in acting and broadcasting? Do you ever sleep?
Maybe you can move in with Manny?...

If I could get a job lmao
I was told I did really good on the roundtable, and I think Id do even better on radio, so I think thats what I want to do.
Plus, I dont think there are enough local people doing sports here, and Id like to step up and do it.
This guy had a real convincing cough in teh Sopranos.
Ha, well I can't help you with that. I can vouch for SAC's radio/tv program, though. They just pumped over a million into a new building/studio, and you can get on air there in your first semester - whereas at other colleges, you have to wait a bit. One of the classes gives you your own hour shift (more if you want them) so you can get really comfortable being on the mic.
Yeah, and after a bad day, or if you are just bored, you can go hang out in Olmos Park. .... Why are all these guys driving slow and staring at me?
King that sounds AWESOME!!!
Im gonna look into that as well.
Holy ing are you serious Shoogar???
I gotta find me a damn Apartment in Washington D.C. for next month since I gotta go up there and train for a job. that sucks.
