Yea I think there is one called "Apartment Locators" on Blanco just outside 410. They get perks for setting people up.

Agreed. Stay away from the NW area...save yourself headaches....North of Downtown is the perfect spot.
You can move into one of those east side hotels that's full of Katrina survivors and setup a good crack business.
What are rents for a nice two-bedroom in SA these days? I've been living on the East Coast so long I've lost my sense of proportion.
