Rasho is the man on defense. I'm all for giving Marks Nazr's minutes though.

    lol.

Sequ doesn't quite grasp the whole

    "Defense wins championships" concept.

Youd think after 99, 03, and 05, he would've gotten it by now.

    Toronto wasn't in the championship.

Sometimes the Spurs just need to show up and take control of the game by running their asses out of the building.

Tpark doesn't grasp the whole "Our bench bigs don't play defense worth a " concept.

You't think after watching them this season, he would've gotten it by now.

Except, you wouldn't because he's Tpark.

    True, Marks cant play defense.

Just because Im not enamored with a 7 foot white stiff that shoots jumpers and couldn't defend a damn 7th grader doesn't make me any more wrong.

Id say Horry plays pretty decent defense.

    hes a bench big.

Marks and Horry are pretty equal on defense with the caveot being that Marks is 10x the rebounder Horry is. Horry may also be a better help defender.

Horry is a much better defender than Marks.

And if you extrapolate Marks stats to Horry's minutes. Marks would average a little over 4 rebounds. Horry averages 3.8. Not quite 10 times the rebounder.

Marks is a good hustle player and has a nice shooting touch. Nothing more, nothing less.

Sean Marks is just what the Spurs need.

A little rebounding, some shooting from a big, hustle and some spunk.........

Duncan, Manu and Parker are the Stars... They just need some solid role players that are multidimensional....

I agree. He should get some playing time. Especially in games like this where they need another shooter and an emotional player.

Horry knows his role... He rebounds when the Spurs need it, he blocks shots when Duncan is out, he shoots the three when the Spurs are down and need a lift... he also is an option for a gamewinner which few teams have...

I got no problem with Horry. My issue is the wetdreams of Bowen being a DPOY when he clearly is not going to win and never will. It's wasted breath.

    or
