The Thompson brothers are awesome!!!! My favorite React this year was the one where they subbed as host. I was so disappointed when I found out it was just for the night- that they weren't back.
I tune into their afternoon/evening radio show when I can.
Vex is growing on me. He is the best React host since the Brothers, I think.
I haven't heard David Chancellor on the radio but I like both him and Don on the news- especially Sports Sunday. I liked David best out of the two.
And before you think that I just like everybody:

I don't at all like Paul Ihander hosting the React. The few times I listened to him, he managed to make even a team win sound depressing.
They all stink. I started listening to the radio on 760 like two years ago. They have changed the programming a few times since. Its never worked and never will because they don't talk about sports. Charlie Parker is the biggest prick I have ever heard. He is always right in his mind. Always. He is stuck in the 60's. Vex and Walter are clueless. I hate the local radio sport shows we have. Its a shame.
I liked the way Charlie Parker conducted his interview with Beno. He seemed very nice to me.
I'll have to give his show a listen.

After Jay Howard and Luara Green stop doing STSA it was never the same.
Me and about a million listeners did not like Jay Howard he would cut you off in the middle of a call and was very Rude, Laura Green had that voice that got on many folks nerves, It was real High pitched sound and I must say it was not easy to hear but I had no problem with it,AM radio can make anyone sound cheesy.
I think back in 1996 many men did not want to hear a female do sports so maybe much of the hate was due to her being a girl on a mans sports show. They had another guy named Jason Penny he was like the odd man on the side. he would say stuff that was contraversal and many times he was funny but Jay howard would not laugh and when you heard silence on the radio? it seemed like bad radio. Jay Howard was known for that, He would just say noting and you would sound like an idiot on the radio.
Like if you called Jt the brick it would be like this..............

I thought The jay Howard show sucked at times also, but it wasn't until I had to hear the Don Harris show for 3 hours then I found out the Jay Howard show was not that bad after all.
What I didn't like about Don Harris , everytime he reads an E mail he does not like he says people on the www who post in the forums, are a bunch of Morons who live in their mothers basements and have no life , and then 5 minutes later he tells the same poeple to log on to the Ticket Sports.com and click on the question of the day.
Rob Thompson is ok, the guy will acually talk to you like your a real person and does not big time you, but his brother Jason is very anal and tries to hard and sounds like a slick FM DJ on the radio trying to sell you a car. I called him a tree Hugger after he said the girl that was in that High School who would turn her back on the American Flag durring the national Anthem was doing the right thing if she felt that way. Rob , me, and about 98% of San Antonio said that girl should be deported.
My favorite host for Game Night react was Andy Everett,
If not him and Vex? then it was the Kori and Dusty Garza show.
the best morning show was the Original Tony Bruno show
the best afternoon shows were Kiley and Booms followed by JT the Brick

I loved me some Tony Bruno. He was the man. I cannot stand Vex and Walter. However, the worst of them all is Charlie Parker. Guy needs to hang them up.
Charlie Parker is a good talk show host if he is doing a morning shows about Music and topic radio.he knows quite alot about 60s 70s Music and he does have talent, he would not be at Clear Channel all this time is someone didn't think he was good.
They need to put Vex with Kori or Chance with Kori or Vex with Chance.
It seems like they stick the wrong folks together. The T brothers are not good together since they are brothers , there is not much room for debate, Jason Thompson told me how does it feel to get my ass waxed after a Mavs Spurs game and I told him to ask his sister, and I kinda offended Rob also , even though I was trying to diss Jason, they share the same sister.

That said, the show wasn't that great. But compared the Vex, Wally and David those shows look ing sports heaven. I'm seriously getting Sattelite, I can't bear an horu of this in the morning then another 2 hours in the afternoon.
The thing I hate about David is what was mentioned, he has to outyell you. Like you're a complete idiot. The truth is, he has no clue what he's talking about half the time...and for the love of god tell me why he spent half his show ign about how his college was bumped down 3 seeds in the NCAA tournament. When some caller made him look STUPID by pointing out none of the teams they played are in the top fifty RPI ratings, his respone was...."well, maryland was" the caller pointed out, yes they 'were' they aren't 'now'....and he didn't have a reply, and kept ing about his team getting dissed for the rest of the show. Somebody fire him, please.
Vex just seems out of place. He's not a sports radio guy.
Parker's ok, I have no beef with him.
Oh, and I called in the other morning (about a week back) and mentioned for example that if the Marlins tickets were 5 bucks, people would show up. They spent a good 60 seconds making fun of "hahahhaah, 5 bucks? c'mon man" then proceeded to say "maybe 8, or 10 bucks". Well me, a whole 3 dollar difference? FOCUS ON THE ING POINT OF THE ARGUMENT.
Laura Green was alright, no big beef with her.
Thompson brothers, from what little I've listened to them, seem alrght. There times just conflict with my busy times, so I don't really know.

The other day in the Pop Show it was a serious conversation, Pop mentions how Horry was almost throwing up, and the hosts were laughing. What's so funny? I know Pop is sarcastic sometimes and he has his own sense of humor, but it's like the idiots have to laugh just in case he's being funny so they don't look stupid.
Get any 2 posters on here, put them on that show. Tell them "just discuss sports, no random " and I bet you it's a better show than it is now. I'm done.
